The staff was genuinely helpful, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was easy and nice by tram + metro. And it was also near St Exupéry airport, Football or Eurexpo, and Via Rhona.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The rooms were stylishly decorated and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathrooms. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.
No complaints from the hotel, everything was perfect.
